Ross Valet Trash is an expert in the doorstep Valet Trash and recycling service solution’s for multi-family apartment communities.
We are currently serving the North Texas Region with plans to serve all of Texas and serve Multiple other states by the end of 2026.

As a team member of Ross Valet Trash you’ll be representing our company by being the face of our nightly trash and recycling collection, playing a very important role
in our apartment communities that we serve.
We are looking for aspiring and energetic individuals eager to contribute to the success of Ross Valet Trash, we are looking for someone offering a positive attitude, strong work ethic,
and someone committed to excellence in our field.
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking team members to provide valet trash services at local apartment communities. As a Valet Trash Porter, you’ll collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from residents’ doors during evening hours and take it to the community dumpster or compactor.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure completion of every doorstep trash/recycling collection on your shift.
Utilize the assigned trash cart or trash tote to collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from each resident doorstep.
Employees must have a smartphone to take and upload photos of each doorstep as part of the route documentation.
Safely transport trash from the Trash Cart or Trash Tote to the onsite dumpster.
Maintain daily contact with your supervisor to ensure an effective workflow.
Work effciently and quietly to minimize noise to disturb residents.
Undertake any additional duties assigned by your superviser.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and use hands and arms repeatedly.
Ability to climb stairs in building without elevators.
Work outdoors at some properties and be exposed to various weather conditions.
Own an open bed pickup truck (required at certain properties).
Possess a valid drivers license and auto insurance in your name or must be an authorized driver (mandatory for properties requiring a truck).
Must have a smart phone with the ability to take photos and to communicate with your supervisor.
Must be Reliable and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently.
Work efficiently without compromising the quality of service.
Must pass a background check.
Must have a clean driving history.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Experience in the Valet Trash industry is a plus.
Schedule:
Evening shifts (typically between 2-6 hours)
Part time opportunities available.
